Estas cualidades se adaptan a los tres niveles de la misma: corporal, respiratorio, mental. En el cuerpo desarrollando firmeza y flexibilidad en las posturas; en la respiración desarrollando extensión y suavidad; en la mente desarrollando atención (sthira) y relajación (sukha). Las posturas se modifican, se utilizan recursos como bloques, elásticos o columpios que las faciliten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Un aspecto muy importante de las mismas, es el &lt;strong&gt;Módulo de Educación&lt;/strong&gt;: el entrenamiento en la auto-observación de los procesos físicos, psicológicos, el vínculo entre ambos y el manejo de herramientas posturales y respiratorias, que permitan el contacto con la propia fuente de Salud.
